AZ Outdoor Concepts stands behind every structure, surface, and installation.
We build backyards to last in the Arizona climate, and we back our work. Coverage is tailored to each project and spelled out in your written project agreement — here's an overview of how it works.
Structures & Outdoor Kitchens
Ramadas, pergolas, and outdoor kitchen structures built by AZ Outdoor Concepts are backed by a structural warranty on the framing, footings, and roof assembly. The specific term and coverage are outlined in your project agreement and reflect the engineering, permitting, and site conditions of your build.
Pavers, Travertine & Hardscape
Pavers, travertine, and natural stone are backed by their respective manufacturer warranties covering material defects and color integrity. Our installation — excavation depth, compacted aggregate base, bedding, edge restraint, and drainage — is covered under our craftsmanship warranty against settling and shifting caused by base failure.
Retaining & Seat Walls
Engineered retaining walls are built to the approved design with proper footings, reinforcement, drain rock, and drainage behind the wall, and are warranted against failure attributable to our workmanship. Walls modified after completion, or subjected to loads or grade changes beyond the engineered design, fall outside coverage.
Artificial Turf
Turf products carry a manufacturer warranty covering UV degradation and material defects, typically for a substantial term. Our installation — base preparation, grading, seaming, tensioning, and anchoring — is covered by our craftsmanship warranty against seam separation, wrinkling, and base settlement.
Landscape & Irrigation
Irrigation components carry their manufacturer warranties, and our installation of valves, lines, emitters, and controllers is covered under our craftsmanship warranty. Plant material warranties, where offered, are stated in your project agreement and require that the irrigation system be run on the schedule we set at handoff.
Pools, Finishes & Equipment
New pools carry a structural warranty on the shell as detailed in your agreement. Plaster, quartz, and pebble finishes are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty against material defects, backed by our workmanship on application. Pumps, heaters, filters, automation, and lighting carry their manufacturer warranties; we install to specification and help you register and service them.
Craftsmanship
AZ Outdoor Concepts provides a craftsmanship warranty on our installation work — covering site and base preparation, grading and drainage, structural assembly, hardscape setting, tile and coping, edge restraints, and finish work. Terms are determined on a project-by-project basis and detailed in your project agreement.
Maintenance & Exclusions
Routine maintenance items — polymeric sand (typically every 2–3 years in the Valley of the Sun), sealing, turf brushing and infill top-up, irrigation adjustment, plant care, water chemistry, and normal wear — are the homeowner's responsibility and are not covered under the craftsmanship warranty. Damage from grade changes, third-party work, or neglect is also excluded. We provide maintenance guidance at handoff to protect your investment.
