Using this website
This website provides information about our outdoor living, hardscape, landscape and pool services in the Phoenix area. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Estimates and quotes
Submitting a request through this website does not create a contract or commit either of us to a project. Prices, timelines and scopes are confirmed only in a written estimate after an on-site consultation, and any work is governed by the signed project agreement between you and AZ Outdoor Concepts.
Information on this site
We work to keep the content accurate, but descriptions, project photos, typical timelines and general guidance in our articles are for information only and may not reflect your specific property, permit requirements or costs. Project photos show past work and are representative, not a guarantee of identical results.
Warranties
Warranty coverage for completed work is set out in your project agreement. Our warranty page explains how coverage generally works. The website itself is provided “as is”.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, logo and design of this website belong to AZ Outdoor Concepts or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written consent.
Third-party links
Some links lead to other websites, such as our financing partner. We're not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites; please review their terms separately.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AZ Outdoor Concepts is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under your project agreement or under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
